Nice view overlooking Lost World of Tambun and well-functioning air conditioners.

The most serious issue was that one bathroom’s water heater was completely non-functional. We reported this to the host at 4pm on Day 1, only to be asked whether it was “urgent” and whether repairs could wait until after checkout—an absurd suggestion, as it would have been useless to us. Even after confirming that it was indeed urgent, no action was taken that day. A technician was only sent on Day 2 around noon while we were out. There was no follow-up from the host afterward, and upon our return, the heater still was not working. When we raised it again, we were told it could not be fixed, and no alternative solution was offered until we suggested one ourselves. The host then offered access to a bathroom in another unit on Level 11, while our unit was on Level 18—highly inconvenient, especially with children. Unsurprisingly, we did not end up using it. Other issues further highlighted poor maintenance and housekeeping: The drinking water dispenser’s hot water function worked only intermittently (around 20% of the time). Although this was reported on Day 1, a kettle was only provided on Day 2—and it was in such filthy condition that we could not use it. Shower gel and shampoo in one bathroom were nearly empty, suggesting poor preparation between guests. The unit appeared dusty; both rooms caused the children to cough and sneeze throughout the stay. Towels were of noticeably poor quality. The mattresses were overly soft and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest.

I love that it is walking distance to Lost World of Tambun. And the unit was really clean. Love that there are two queen beds in each room. Also love that it has a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner. Totally recommended for families with children.
