Riverside View - Large, modern 4 bedroom house with hot tub

Whole accommodation and trip was perfect from start to finish.

The open plan space and outdoor facilities.

The road noise but I know this cannot be helped. Perhaps also a higher fence in the park area for privacy.

Lovely spacious house. Quiet location. Great facilities for the children- table tennis and climbing frame. They also enjoyed the hot tub! Short travel distance to coast. A couple of hiccups but the host was super responsive.

It would be good to have instructions for coffee machine, dish washer, hot tube etc. Bed (the one i was in anyway) too soft. Could do with a few more pieces of crockery - no spare if dish washer was running.

The welcome pack was such a lovely touch with baby snacks for our 7-month-old granddaughter.The beds were so comfy with luxury pillows and quilts.The 2 bathrooms had been so well thoughtout , we appreciated the ground floor facilities due to my partner recently having a knee replacement.The kitchen had everything we needed to cater for a family of 6 and a Baby.The hot tub was amazing with beautiful views of the river.The play frame and swing was a great hit with our granddaughter,she loved everyminute.We would love to return soon as it's just perfect for families to spend time together with the bonus of the town centre within walking distance.Thank you so much for letting us have a late checkout too,much appreciated.I would definitely recommend.

We spent christmas at Riverside View. It was amazing! Nicholas had left us a gift alongside some local goodies which was a lovely welcome. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in. The house was beautifully decorated for the festive season and had everything we needed. I've never had such a relaxing Christmas!
