Golden Gem in Heart of East Rock Quiet 3BR Near DT and Yale

Kitchen was well equipped. Great central location for our needs. Easy on and off 91. Safe neighborhood. No problem on street parking. Henry was an excellent host. Very accessible and prompt when I needed to contact him.

The door key pad. When I had an issue, Henry was able to remotely unlocked the door. Thankyou again! Living room was small with only a couch. Not comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children but doable for our 2 day stay.

No washing machine (which was listed in the ad) - not ideal for a longer stay with family. Also rooms could do with a bit more shelves for clothing. Also found out by accident that the back door entry uses the same shared code for main door and apartment - not the safest setup (the front door had a personal code for the apartment).

loved the apartment. Just as describe on the posting. Better than expected. Host did an excellent job in keeping me updated with clear instructions for checking in and the local restaurant’s in the area.

The location of this unit was really great. We were easily able to walk and grab food, beverages, and coffees each day. It is also a short driving distance to many of the destinations we were there to visit. It is an older building that I found quite charming.
