Very quiet at night, responsive staff, central location, and a beautiful Persian delight breakfast on the rooftop

Some maintenance on the facilities would improve guest comfort, for example, replacing the faucet in the sink outside the toilet

"Everything was A+++ Would definitely stay again"

My husband and I stayed in a private room with 2 beds and a private bathroom. Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked really well. The location was perfect. Close to town center and easy to get to the ADO bus station and colectivo that goes to Ek Balam. The host was super friendly and provided us with great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, easy check-in even when we arrived late. The owner sent us messages to guide a self check-in instructions. He shares travel tips and recommendations as well. We enjoyed Cafe de olla in the morning at the rooftop! AC works well. The room is spacious.

The water pressure is low, but it seems like it's normal around the area. Private room had its own bathroom but only amenity was soap. No shampoo, no other towels than shower towels. It was okay for the price.

"Perfect location and efficient host"

Really perfect location and great host. Though we never met he was sending instructions and tones of information, responding quickly and efficiently to all our requests even arranging at 10pm, when all agencies were closed a Chichen Itza tour.

The room standards were rather minimal
