Smelly toilet. Corkcroch found in toilet. No carpet. Deposit refund process takes time,which in agreement stated refundble after a day of check out. But already 5th day post check out n haven't received.

1. The staff requested RM100 deposit prior check in. It is now five days post-checkout, and I have not received a refund as promised even though with multiple follow-ups. "Thank you for booking Before I send you all the details for check in, we will need to collect a deposit for your booking first. The refundable deposit is RM 100 We will send back the deposit to you a day after the check out date, before 6pm, via online banking." For refundable deposit: MAYBANK 155171141303 2. Unit was not ready for check-in at 3 PM. We were asked to wait an hour and a half for cleaning, so we're waiting in the car. 3. The photo displayed is not the same as physical unit.
