Ensuite in every room. Beautiful design. Old as well as new. Location.

The cleaning staff arrived 3 minutes before checkout, which was a bit inelegant.

It was clean, fast Internet, enough space.

It was clean but smells like a moldy basement everywhere. You get used to it on 3rd day tho. Mold is in the ground floor bathroom, on a wall in the room with bed-shower carpet, on the stairs walls. One of the room (the first on the second floor) was unusable because of horrible odor from a bathroom. The management charged early check-in for the earliest possible time (6am) but actually they have a price list on the website where 10am (what I needed) was cheaper. The price list was never presented and the management refused to adjusts.

the location was good.

the washing machine didnt work, the shower door on the top floor bathroom was hanging off, some of the glassware was chipped, some of the cups were chipped, the freezer needed to be defrosted, it had a large build-up of ice in it.

Location was brilliant. Large property. Nice bedrooms and each has a bathroom

We had a couple of issues but they were resolved quickly. The door lock…took some getting used to…no key all unlocked on an app.

En suite bathrooms, location good, clean, clear instructions, friendly staff

Minor issues, ea doors not lock properly. Missing some lights

Historic and modern. A treasure.

Great location in Afama! Very well equipped with everything. Each room has a nice bathroom. Perfect place to be with friends. Very nice and helpful host.

Fabulous house in the old town, hosts were really informative and run a very organised establishment. would definitely book with belocal again as they are very informed and passionate about Lisbon. Space is well used affording every room with en-suite facilities and views over the square.
