The North - City Centre 3 Bed Flat with Parking and Balcony

Walking distance to the city and stadium. The apartment was equipped with everything needed Host directions etc good

The outside area including the balcony and windows were filthy. Loft shower cold, downstairs shower inconstant temp. Toilet flush handles dont work properly, you have to lift the cistern lid and manually close down the water.

Brilliant location, only a 10 minute walk into the city centre and 5 minute walk to nearest train station. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were great size. Excellent value for money option.

Hot water was a bit of an issue, only worked briefly so showers were a struggle to use.

The location was perfect for us, walking distance to Cardiff University and easy to get into town. The kitchen & lounge were good, the overall living space was good. The entry system was easy to navigate.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed - It could have been much better and ready for us to use for the 6 days. We were greeted with garbage spilling out onto the walkway as we approached the front door, the dirty carpet on the staircase as soon as we entered, the clumps of hair in the downstairs bathroom sink we had to pull out as it was blocked and the cobwebs throughout the apartment. There was lack of cleaning products available to get through the 6 days of our stay. Whilst the staff were responsive to my requests, the delivery of items took 2 days and in the meantime I had to buy my own washing pods, dishwasher tabs and toilet paper. (Which were meant to be supplied). The parking space was taken by other cars, there were no hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms nor storage for toiletries. The loft bedroom has a fabulous velux window however without a blind on it, sunlight came in 24/7. Hard to sleep when you’re woken at 5am with the sunrise. There was zero hanging space in the loft bedroom & no hangers. Mattress protectors would be a welcome addition on the beds & pillows.

The location is great! Cardiff Castle is 15 minutes walking from the apartment. Rooms are confortable

The place needs some additional kitchen towels and glasses, if you are actually cooking there. It is important to notify that the 3rd rooms is upstairs
