The outdoor pool has a genuinely breathtaking view of the mountains and warm water on cool days. The kitchen was very convenient for a family. The location to the ski slopes would be unbeatable.

It felt soulless-- like a rental property the owner has never stayed in it. The furniture was chosen for aesthetics and is bulky and uncomfortable; it's not practical and needs significant rearranging to use the pull out bed. (Check out requires all furniture be returned to its original position, which indicates many people end up in this situation.) All the mattresses were uncomfortable. Vents weren't clean, candy from the previous occupants was under the bed, and melted granola was stuck to the pull out bed. There is a gorgeous balcony but no shade from the sun or protection from the rain. The indoor pool and hot tub were crowded every night and young people were blaring music despite a sign that said "no music" and were spraying passersby with cans of soda. An employee was nearby and did nothing. There was an additional rental agreement we were required to sign that was not mentioned in the listing. Emails in the days before said we'd receive a call about check in, but we didn't. When we arrived and couldn't find how to check in, we contacted the number listed and no one answered because it's a business and we arrived on a weekend. For as much as we paid, I expected much better.
