The house was very clean and comfortable. Big backyard for my son to run around. The livingroom was very cozy especially with the rainy/snowy days we had while there. Very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our 5 day stay. Definitely would rent the house again.

I didn't like anything about the property. It was just not refundable.

I didn't like the fact that 2am of the day of check in they tell me I have to pay an additional $130 cleaning fee. Mind you this reservation wasn't refundable. So I called booking and they told me they will reimburse me..still waiting for that to happen. Also the gate fell off the hinges, the bed in the 2nd bedroom was sunk in and collapsed on me in the middle of the night, there was something by the light switch cleaning crew missed, no baking dishes to cook with, no extra towels or wash clothes, the futon couches the brackets are broken on them.I will post pictures. This is not worth your money! It's really disgusting.

Very clean hot tub was great. The bed were comfortable. Shower in the masterbed resurrection was assumed.. There was pans and dishes to cook. The pans were notstick.and great washer and dryers are awesome the games were awesome in the house and outside the house this place is great I will rent it again next time I come to Albuquerque there was also a provided small heater and fan for extra comfort

Location was great. It was very comfortable. We were on our Harleys & there was a security gate across the driveway, which was great! The area of town was quiet. Hosts were very helpful!
