床还算舒服，马桶水力很强，不怕堵住

虽然进入大楼前需经过保安人员的盘查，但房间密码锁的设置太简陋了，把门关起来也不会自动锁起来，看起来很不安全！一开门就闻到烟味很重，沙发都吸满了前个房客的烟味。马桶盖子该换了，看起来划伤很严重还脏脏的！实际房况没有照片那么好看，有点失望

The check-in process for the apartment was quite easy, including the entry and exit procedures. The security guard was very helpful with any questions that arose. The room was tidy and comfortable, equipped with essential basic amenities such as a refrigerator, cooking facilities, and toiletries.

The parking area (especially for first-time guests) was quite confusing, and the surroundings were rather dark and quiet. Fortunately, we got a parking spot near the elevator to our room. We checked in around 6:00 PM, and the weather was dark and rainy. However, thankfully, the night went well as the area was well-lit.

I didn't have the hassle of stopping at post box to pick up property key (my most favourite part of this property), parking was easy to find because the owner actually made video of everything from the moment we enter the property at guardhouse (so you already know to take left or right lane for visitor) until you enter the unit! Very thoughtful owner/management! Would definitely consider staying here again (provided available) during my next Ipoh trip!

No floor mat outside master bedroom, told the owner, he explained that it wasn't always the case. Right before we arrived that day, the floor mat accidentally got soaking wet, this reason was acceptable (accidents happen, and I booked my stay VERY last minute, so they didn't have time to improvise at the time, I totally understand)! Also it wasn't that big of a deal, as I managed to solve this by moving the floor mat from kitchen to the master bedroom. Owner was okay with this, so pretty much problem solved!
