The apartment was very chic and minimalist. Met the cleaning staff when I arrived and she was so lovely. Oksana, the owner was also very helpful providing extra towels and coffee capsules. The location is amazing, full of nice coffee and restaurants. Near the Arrt Nouveau quartier.

We liked almost everything except the water pump that makes some noise each time we are using water. But it is a very minor issue.

"Monolocale al pian terreno di un palazzo storico"

Il monolocale è ben arredato, ben accessoriato e accogliente. Tutto molto pulito e il letto abbastanza comodo (noi siamo leggeri, per chi è alto o pesante cede un pochino al centro). Comoda la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. Comodo il self check-in

Il monolocale è al pian terreno di una strada che di giorno è un po' trafficata e con le tende aperte non si ha privacy. È un po' umida (e si sente un po' puzza di chiuso). Noi abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati, e non asciugano mai... Nei fine settimana la sera un locale adiacente disturba fino alle 22/23 con musica forte. Il centro storico è a circa 20' a piedi, non così vicino.

"Stylish room with good location"

Location was good, parking was provided by the host for the duration of our stay. It is very well equipped with small kitchen with nespresso machine and kettle, private bathroom and big comfortable bed. There are very cute cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. City center is on a walking distance, there are public transportation stops nearby as well.

It was very cold when we were in Riga and the room was left with an open window. We contacted the hosts and they turned the floor heating for us but this was quite uncomfortable that we couldn’t control it ourselves and there wasn’t any other electric heating provided in the room.
