How clean and accessible everything was would definitely recommend
GBGBIt was hard to get into the place. Not good parking, either. We were attending a surprise party so when we got into the room. We got changed and went straight out .we did not get back to the room until 3am.when I was getting into bed, it didn't look clean, and I soon realised that the sheets had not been changed as it smelled really bad of sweat..it was so bad that I got out of the bed and sat at the bottom of it all night. I did not sleep. My husband had a few drinks and was asleep quickly as he would have been anywhere. The Sunday morning, a cleaner was trying to get in our room.so I opened it and saw her. I told her about the issue, and she changed the bedding. Then we went out for the day.I did rais a complaint with the people who let the property who said to raise it with booking.com. the letting said they would get me something a % of a refund, but booking.com said no compaction was needed. I'm still fuming....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER. NOT A NICE PLACE OR AREA .it does not live up to the name at all .
Absolutely nothing. Even the shower was very poor, more a trickle.the shower room was quite smelly too.. Also, the floor was not clean as when I walked on it, my feet were dirty. When I told the letting company about the cleanliness of the room, they said it was last cleaned on around the 13th or 14th August. we stopped on the 17th to the 19th, where we left earlier than we could have.
