"A pleasant stay, but could be superb."

New bathrooms. Good kitchen facilities. Comfy sofa. New bedroom furniture (though mattress too soft for my preference). Spacious.

This could be super with a few small changes: downstairs could be repainted to be more neutral and modern, with modern style curtains too. Bathrooms could have blinds for better privacy. A few pictures could be hung to make it seem a little cosier. Garden could be turfed in part and chairs added, so that it can be used - looks a bit of an eyesore at present. Also, we were asked by owner to upload ID and credit card details in case of damage, which we were not entirely comfortable with.

A very pleasant and quiet stay in a house with excellent facilities, a home away from home. Attentive private host with a quick response time. All the shops and restaurants within a short walking distance.
