Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Shelby Park Home **FREE PARKING**

It was very spacious and beds were very nice

A lot of the door handles and faucets were loose.

I thought the space was a great value for what it cost us to book. The rooms were great size and everything was updated.

The craftsmanship of the updates could’ve been better (loose toilet paper holders, loose sink faucets, etc)

The house was clean and spacious, and was perfect for our needs.

The temperature variation between the upstairs and downstairs was pretty drastic. The hvac system could use some serious tweaking

Lots of space, comfortable and cute. Plenty of room for our family to hang together when we wanted to and to separate when we needed our space. Great amenities, had basically anything I could hope to find! A couple times I thought "darn, I should have brought..." and every time, the house provided. Beds were nice, rooms were big enough to be comfy, and I could tell they put a lot of effort into anticipating guests' needs. Neighborhood was nice enough and super convenient, everywhere we wanted to go was within a 15 minute drive, and the grocery store was just down the road to pick up essentials to stock the kitchen. Perfect for our last minute trip, would highly recommend!

They place is well laid out. Large rooms, bright and cheerful. The king bed was so comfortable.

The location was perfect. It was close to the freeway and downtown. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking area was perfect. The size of the house accommodated my family comfortably. Plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this house.

The shower water only stayed hot for 10 minutes which was difficult when trying to bathe two toddlers. The windows on the front and back door didn't have any coverings on them which made me a little uncomfortable but overall we enjoyed the house.

Excellent off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds with medium quality linens and bath towels. Keurig coffee maker. Comfortable A/C and heat. Decorated and furnished very nicely. Our family of 5 adults each had good nights rest.

After asking owner about a few concerns they were responsive. We did have to ask for coffee pods which were delivered to the house promptly. No close grocery stores for buying needed essentials.

This house was in a perfect location with a lot of charm and plenty of room.
