"Ideal per fer hi una estada. Les fotos no enganyen."

Molt ben situat, al costat de l estació de metro de Lavapies on hi ha tambe un Carrefour Expres ideal per fer hi la compra. L apartament es tal i com es veu a les fotos. Es perfecte tot i que els 2 llits son de matrimoni. Molt net i funcional.

L ubicacio te les seves pegues ies que Lavapies en aquest moment es un barri una mica conflictiu on a la nit si senten crits i baralles tot i ser un quart pis.

местоположение отличное ,все в пешей доступности (метро,магазины,музеи) Квартира удобная,на 4этаже,есть лифт ,все чисто (есть туалетные принадлежности ) Очень приятные хозяеаа,всегда готовы помочь,по любому вопросу.Очень понравилось

Вечером немного шумно из за кафе расположеных под домом

"Un super appartement bien situé"

L'emplacement est idéal, l'appartement est très confortable et bien équipé. L'agence qui gère l'appartement est super et très réactive.

La rue sur laquelle donnent les chambres est animée (bars et restaurants) mais les activités cessent vers minuit.

As soon as you walk in, they’ve got a sign saying very limited hot water. The water also just drips out and is a very uncomfortable shower experience. Local crime is ripe. A lot of police arrest going on during the day and night. I would stay away from this property.
