Pier View Retreat - 5 Mins Walk to Beach - Sea Views With Parking

The apartment was fantastic, room was clean, and comfortable. Everything you could want in a apartment. Kitchen had everything you need for a few days away. The view from the apartment, is just brilliant. Close to the beach, just a short walk away. All in all, the Boscombe/Bournemouth experience was most memorable.

Stairs to the apartment, but a small prize to pay, for the view ftom the room. Parking, if busy, spaces are quite small, so bear that in mind.

Parking is very tight for a big vehicle but manageable with care. Steep stairs just to make people aware when carrying luggage up if you have mobility problems, but was fine for us. Would be a good idea to have extra bin liners and a kitchen cloth to wipe down kitchen after use. Also just a reminder elderly or infirm visitors a very steep hill up and down to beach from flat.

Loved everything about the property and will definitely be returning. Wonderful facilities and so beautifully presented. The view is superb. Plus, the on-site parking space is a great bonus. Great communication from the host from the moment of booking up to our visit. We can’t wait to return.

Fabulous view and very good location for a short break / overnight stay. Good communication from the host. Kindly agreed to an extra hour before checking out (clocks were changing!) We did have a problem with the door code - but it was simply that the code had changed that day - I called on the phone and got an immediate response - we were in easily with the new code...and we did get the updated details via the app (it arrived just shortly after we tried to get in initially). Having a dedicated parking space was very helpful. But be aware if you have a very large car or are not a confident driver getting in and out of the parking could be problematic when busy.

Mattress was softer than my liking - but personal thing. For larger sized people - getting in and out of the shower could be a squeeze due to layout of the bathoom...plus I found the shower cubicle door difficult to slide.
