Room clean and well set up. Needed to contact the letting company to get a new code to the key box, but though it was early evening their response was quick, friendly and efficient.

The company required a lot of additional personal information such as a scan of my driving licence online in a process outside of booking.com and put an additional charge on my credit card (which was eventually removed) as a security deposit. No problem with the deposit, but the letting company has a worrying amount of my personal information.

3 min from train station and 5 min from Tesco - that was really comfortable place. My room was quite and with most needs like cooking stove and washing machine (personally didn't use) in a common area. Had little problem with shower - but staff was professional and fixed it.

Be careful they don’t tell you about the deposit until you pay for the booking . so dodgy!

Location was good and very clean and great value for money

Clean, tidy, secure, warm.

Only one hob, two would be better. Parking is hit and miss.

Secure, tidy, warm, kitchenette, TV/WiFi, ensuite, towels, very comfy bed.

Fridge leaked from freezer box.

Nothing very small the bad very dirty and a big scam you not recieving the key till pay extra money and never take back
