Multiple rooms was better than a hotel. But that is what I paid for

I booked and paid more to get privacy, security, and comfort, but none of these were achieved. Due to security lights at the front of the property lighting the bedroom every few minutes and minimal sound barrier from the windows at the front, we only got a couple of hours of sleep. The booking process through Booking.com was easy, but 360stays was overly complicated. Pre-arrival information was received only the day before, and we were informed that early check-in was unavailable. Upon arrival, the drive was on a high raised curb, which was not advised and should be. The lobby door was open, and the key to the front door of the apartment was not provided. It took two phone calls and approximately 15 minutes to get the spare key access code, which enabled access. The property looked okay at first glance, but on closer inspection, it was worn and in need of cleaning, painting, and general repair. The toilet flush broke on the first use, and we had to repair it ourselves. There were marks and chips in the walls, and the blinds were insufficient to block out security lights. There were no curtains in the front bedroom, so noise and lights going on and off prevented any sleep in that room. We moved the beds away from the windows to improve the light and sound prevention, but this only exposed mold on the walls. Closer inspection found dust in all window seals, and hairs and mold were found in the bedding. The corrective actions offered by either the telephone support or the representative who called the following day were insufficient. Although they were understanding, no issues were resolved apart from gaining access to the apartment.
