I have heard many horror stories from Americans living in condominiums in Manila. So I was very skeptical. I asked my host many questions. She responded to my concerns. The bed is high quality. The aircon is strong. The unit is clean. I have a second reservation. We will see if everything continues to go well.

We liked the room, it was comfy and homey. Also, the staffs were very nice and approachable.

The place was nearest to key location. The place is very clean and its complete with what we need.

Checkin was only possible at 3PM, not at 2PM, as noted on the booking page, which impacted the rest of our tightly scheduled day. Also, we were not able to use any facility within the building while we had to wait, so we were just left seated within the lobby for an hour. Next, the room itself is not good. It smells, there is no hot shower and also, there is only one working outlet and no outlets by the bed.

The place was great, very cosy and amazing views as well. Gabby was very professional, very hospitable, very friendly and helpful. She's customer service is second to none. I highly recommend her place. You will surely love her accommodation.

Excellent stay! The appartement is lovely, the pool is great, the kids area as well as the gym, the view, the location, also very clean and well maintained. It was truely perfect! I'm also very thankful of how kind and nice Gaby is!! The internet was also really strong and I could have meetings during the stay.
