"Exceptional"

We had such a wonderful time at the cabin! We were looking for a peaceful mountain getaway, and this place delivered. Near I-70, the cabin was cozy, comfortable, and packed with amenities from a washer and dryer to a dishwasher, Nintendo Switch, and a fully stocked kitchen. We even arrived to a welcome bottle of wine! Communication with the host was amazing, super helpful and friendly throughout. The views from the cabin were absolutely stunning, and there was plenty of space. The location is great. It's close to the St. Mary's Glacier Trailhead and access to Silver Lake. Elevation is pretty high, and my friend definitely felt it, so I'd recommend picking up some oxygen cans from the Safeway, which is a short drive away at the base of the mountain. Also, if you're visiting with snow in the forecast, an AWD vehicle is definitely a good idea with some of the turns and road grade. (Just some tips if you're someone like me who rarely sees snow and lives in the Great Plains.) The drive to and from the cabin was absolutely breathtaking, and every moment of our stay was memorable. I'd absolutely stay here again! Highly recommended.

We loved staying up in the mountains, it was so peaceful! Only 1/2 mile to St Mary’s Glacier trailhead made it so convenient. The space was great for us, especially the back deck. Stephen was very proactive about communicating everything.
