Coastal Hideaway-Modern Flat, 10 Min to Beach&Town

Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful shower. Modern relaxing space. Sofa large enough to lie on. Good choice of viewing channels. Good communication with the host

The bed had a terrible sag in the middle. Towel rail wasn't heated so impossible to get towels dry. No welcome pack explaining how things worked giving info on wifi, the locality etc Could hear a lot of noise from the flats around - footsteps, flushing toilets etc. Kitchen beautifully clean but bedroom not so much - dirt under bed, marks on pillow case.

Accommodation was exceptional. Everything was to a high standard, with a fully stocked kitchen. How often have you been greeted to a single pan, cheese grater, a couple of knives and forks and a selection of kitchen utensils you need to Google to work out what they're for? Not here. You have everything you'd need and it was all like new. Comfy bed with memory foam mattress and a lovely power shower in the bathroom as well. Excellent value for money when compared to a hotel. As a regular visitor to Eastbourne I'd definitely look to book again in future.

On street parking in Eastbourne can be a lottery, so it's not the owner' or accommodation's fault, but was the one fly in the ointment for me. Wouldn't mark the accommodation down because of it though, but just be aware that if you find a space then nab it straight away and don't move. Luckily you're within minutes of the town centre and beach, so unless you're out for day trips once eventually parked up you're sorted.
