Willow Cabin & Hot Tub

Glamping pod was in a perfect location. Instructions and directions clearly stated, easy to locate, self check in and lots of hiking trails around the area. Glamping pod itself is clean with lots of amenities. Owner provides things to bring as well. Plus, the glamping location itself is surrounded by woods so it’s a perfect hideaway from city hustles and bustle

Heating wasn’t working well esp it was very windy and freezing cold. We were literally wearing full on coat and jacket while sleeping, we were from a very windy hike so we were looking forward for a toasty place to sleep into but it’s a bit disappointing. The cold wind was breezing through the window which made it difficult to sleep. Plus the tap water was freezing cold to wash the dishes🥶

Property is in a good location and private, we loved the bed as it was super comfortable, everything was clean, hot tub ready to go and was quite warm considering it’s December.

Toilet was not majorly far but still a bit of a walk down a hill which during the night felt a bit ropey.

Price was good and the chess board and fire pit were nice to have use of. Blankets for sofa and towel were also provided.

Bit of rust remover on the toilet roll holder and paint on some trims would have made the place feel cleaner and batteries were needed in remotes. Salt and pepper would have been handy or let people know to bring their own.

Beautiful and peaceful place

No roof on top of outside place,hot tube ,will be helpful when rainning.But we enjoy the rest.

- The cabin itself is really neglected - at very least it would require a bit of fresh paint. It's really damp and moldy as there is no good ventilation, woodfire stove has been removed recently and electric heating has been installed which does not help to draw moisture out of the cabin at all. - Firepit was meant to be provided for duration of our stay with one bag of wood, but we had to walk around the camping site to find one that was tipped over halfway between ours and neighbouring cabin. "Bag of wood" was literally 3 thick wet branches that were not really usable for campfire. - The outside bin was full of rubbish and water. - There are lots of abandoned random objects around the site and toilets/showers are really scruffy. There is only one tiny light working over the sink so you need to take your own light in order to take a shower at night. - Fairy lights wire around the deck was cut so it was good we took some candles to make it feel more cozy. I didn't expect any luxuries as these are meant to be simple minimalistic cabins in the woods, but at least show a bit of effort to keep it tidy, clean and ready for guests to use. We had a beautiful time regardless, but for 100 quid a night you'd expect that owners would take care about their business a little more. There are lots of other places around Wales that offer glamping experience for the same cost and would definitely be better than this.

Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful location. Didn't take long to warm the pod up and very well insulated. Lovely cosy bedding! Decent sized hot tub for 2 also. For the price really good value.

Was a very wet couple of nights, could have done with a better mat for drying feet, kept having to wipe the floor. A small step for the tub, my partner is quite short! The Fairy lights were broken so it was very dark outside after 5ish, could do with a little bit of a spruce up inside.
