It's very clean. The owner is very helpful.

The apartment has only one air conditioner, and it’s located in the living room. Unfortunately, the unit makes a recurring noise that can be quite disturbing. The driveway is very narrow, and it caused a scratch on my car. Additionally, the neighbors near the entrance were unwelcoming and unwilling to cooperate or allow any adjustment to the decorative plants blocking part of the access to the building.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, very good organized and well-equipped. Great host and helpful. We will stay again in our trips in Como for sure and we can recomanded for everyone, best quality for asked price
