Comfy & Pleasant Apartment 10 min walk to Downtown

The place is fantastic. The way to get the keys was wonderful. The host was very friendly. Location is fantastic. Everything was clean and working well. Honestly you will not find a better place in Timisoara!

Apartamentul a fost foarte curat si bine intretinut. Este situat intr-o zona linistita. Nu este departe centru sau Iulius Mall. A fost liniste, am reusit sa dormim foarte bine. Apartamentul destul de bine dotat. Chiar nu am avut nici o problema. Probabil pe viitor il voi alege din nou. Gazda foarte prietenoasa. Nu am apucat sa ne intalnim, dar in schimb am comunicat prin mesaje. Foarte de treaba domnul Calin! Oricum recumand cu caldura acest apartament.

Despite the older block-of-flats, the appartment itself was nicely reconstructed. Perfectly working and silent AC. Fully equipped kitchen incl. coffee machine, glass wine opener etc. The owner prepared a bottle of wine in the fridge. Small things like BT speaker, USB-charger etc.- more than great! It is clear that the owner wants a satisfied customer and does his best - very helpful with arranging some administrative stuff. Spacious living room + a table where I could work in the evening. Next time in Timisoara - 100% here!

Water pressure could be better - it takes longer time to warm water to get to the shower. Sometimes a smoking neighbour under the window. Garbagemen at 5 A.M., but that's not a problem of this specific flat.

Le meilleur séjour que j'ai effectué en dehors de chez moi tout était parfait propreté emplacement équipement tout est disponible tt ce dont vous auriez besoin lit confortable literie propre et plus que vous aurez besoin wifi top. sans oublier monsieur Câlin notre hote il était en contact avec nous tout le temps il répondait tout de suite à tout nos questions c'est un homme très gentil et serviable.

Apartamentul este conform pozelor si asteptarilor noastre, iar gazda ne-a depasit asteptarile. Cateva lucruri care ne-au placut in mod deosebit: - instructiuni clare de check-in si chiar cum sa gasim loc de parcare (inclusiv video) - apartamentul este dotat cu toate ustensilele pentru a putea locui acolo, inclusiv espressor

The host was lovely, assisting to all we needed, the location was very close to the city center, 10min by foot

The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you might need, even for longer stays. It is around 15 minutes on foot from the center, in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket across the street with long working hours. Calin is a fantastic host who communicates clearly and does everything to accommodate and help his guests. Big recommendation!
