Spacious rooms and big beds. It is right next to a stunning beach

Restaurant wasn’t great, staff weren’t the friendliest and the pool looked very unclean, and the aircon in one of our rooms was very poor.

Our room was available for a early check in

The swimming pool was dirty, I don’t think it was useable

Staff was very unpleasant. The guesthouse was old. It is definitely not a hotel, but a very poor guesthouse. AC was leaking all the stay. They came to "fix" it over 3 times but didn't help. The pool is green and not a single person from the entire place went in or touched the water. Room was on top of a hill that was very hard to walk to. It was a very unpleasant stay and the staff at the reception were so rood. Didn't pay any attention, no answer when you ask something. Tried to convince us we didn't leave a deposit and it took us long time after checkout to get the deposit back.

Close to beach, accomodation had affordable taxis and short walk to 7/11 for essentials

The hotel is beautiful with great views and near the beach. But staff are not very polite. When we arrived to do are check in, two ladies at the receptionist shouted at us when we where checking in. They where very rude, they got upset when I asked to see where my location of my room was and shouted at pointing at the location. When we got to are room the room seem occupied, bed wasn't made, privated shampoo and toothbrush in restroom, empty bottle of wine on nightstand. So I return to receptionist to ask if the room was still occupied, they where upsted again and scream that it will be cleaned. I feel bad for the two lady's they probably had a hard day, I think they should be a little more understanding with the guest. Overall the hotel is beautiful. P.s travel light no elevator and five floors.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Beautiful location. Right on the beach with amazing views of the bay. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and we had a lovely, big balcony with views of the bay. Close to many bars and restaurants. Ma, on reception is always helpful, booking taxis, ferries and trips for us. Mama Tim and her team in the restaurant are so welcoming and friendly, we were made to feel like family.

There was a problem with the water quality of the pool during our stay. So did not use the pool this time.

Good location, nice view in a seeview apartments.

Irresponsible and unpleasant receptionist, poor and monotonous breakfast selection.
