Nice location and decor.

Good location brings noise from sirens and street cleaning. Single glazed.

Great size, plenty of space, very well equipped and two bathrooms.

This is a lovely apartment and easily walkable around town. Comfy and we enjoyed having the space. Nearby coffee shops, restaurants, grocery, wine stores. We likedbit so much we stayed an extra night.

We wish there was a top sheet on the beds. There's a bottom sheet and the comforter. It got very hot at night and we had to throw off the covers. The bathrooms fans don't turn on so the rooms end up smelling a little musty.

Very clean with excellent comfortable beds. The apartment contained quality furnishings and fixtures. The room plan also worked very well for our group of three adults. It was a pleasure to stay there. The instructional video was helpful.

Great location and free car parking

Furnishings a bit tired and needed some attention

Beautiful, large and comfortable apartment with an extremely helpful/responsive host.

Having duster and dusting pan, a few cleaning products (to clean up after the kids) would be helpful.

The apartment was clean,large,well equipped, and fantasticly located.It was on buses and tram lines.An easy walk to the Royal Mile and Castle as well as the Grass Market. The internet worked well, and each bedroom had TV, as did the lounge. With a car park, what more could one wish for. I could live here full time if required. I highly recommend this property.

The Apartment is Big. The Parking Spot is enough for a small car. The check-in Video was shared by the host. The lift to reach the top floor to the lift is very obsolete, but it's not the host's fault as it is a building matter. Immediate replies from the host and well-informed welcome.

When we entered, It was disappointing to see dirty washrooms, which were used and very smelly. The linen had stains. The blinds are dust-filled; the windows are old, some broken. It's challenging to operate them. All the crockery provided is chipped and old. The Cleaning equipment for extended stays is not provided. The Decorative Items such as lamps are balanced on paper, and you get scared that you might break if you mistakenly touch them. The houses lack switches to charge electronic devices. The Iron provided leaks and doesn't work correctly. The host provided 100 GBP compensation for cleanliness issues, but the amount we pay per night to get a clean and fresh place is still not up to the mark. The rooms are carpeted but are very dirty. You can see that the property is not being maintained and needs renovations. The living room lacks furniture in comparison to size. The microwave cover is broken and falls down every time you open it. The dining table was full of stains when we entered. There are cobwebs all over the rooms.

Private parking !!! Location was easy walk to restaurants everywhere, public transportation was close as well as hop-on hop-off buses, was quiet at night (no loud bars around). Both beds were comfortable - rooms have high ceiling and large windows which made it feel very open.

Second bedroom needs a dresser or another piece of furniture for clothes. Stayed 6 days and had to live out of suitcase sitting on floor, Need mirrors in bedrooms since no plugs in bathroom for hair dryer. Shower in the en-suite bathroom needs a handrail - dangerous stepping out of shower down one step with nothing to hold on to. Wish there was a shower in the second bathroom.
