Escapada hogareña para 3 en Calle de Fomento

Mi estancia de 2 dias para 3 personas: Cosas que no tiene,servicios mínimos de jabon y balleta para secar la vajilla,perchas,jabón de manos para el baño,solo tenía la bolsa de basura puesta,la puerta principal tiene un ventanal que cada vez que se enciende el rellano de la entrada alumbra todo el salon(colocar cortina, ahí no se puede dormir con oscuridad)es molesto cada vez que entra un vecino el ruido y la luz. La puerta no sella bien, y entra aire . Si el apartamento es para tres como era mi caso, la mesa de comer solo tenía dos sillas,el armario tiene todos los cajones ocupados con ropa de cama y toallas, así que queda inutilizado.

No tenía útiles para bañarse (Shampoo, crema, jabón de baño). El aire acondicionado no funcionó. La limpieza de la cama no era la mejor. La información que me dieron del wifi era incorrecta.

We many freinds travelled together, and ended up a ruined unpleasant trip in Madrid becuase of this host.

We were locked out in the cold with bunch of our luggages till next day noon, we lost one day in 4-days of our booking. We couldn’t get in just because their unresponsive attitude toward their stupid door dial code (dead with battery). The contact number what they have left isn’t a real number that it’s never possible to reach them, just as worse as even via text message they played “delay and clueless”. Worse was, after we finally got in, another nightmare started because the boiler/heater didn’t work at all (appeared error) and we spent another 3 days waiting for their maintenance guy in the cold apartment (mid- November), we can’t go any place for sightseeing or showering because waiting for their uncertainty but late show-up for repair(on the 3rd day). Finally, the repairing guy came, hot water only worked for 3 hours then it stopped with same error again after repairing guy had left. We had to tolerate the cold without hot shower for remaining stay. Another incident call tell how meant and miser the host is, as they know it’s several guests staying for this booking, however, they only gave us a petty small roll of toilet paper and expect us to use for 5 days 4 nights of stays. So we have to buy a big pack which costing us expensively from the local small store. Our 34 days of trips had been nice with many other hosts in different cities, but until this crappy host who just wanted to profit. Our visit in Madrid was totally ruined without going sightseeing because of waiting their visit on about-happening for repairing. Due to host’s passive response to our constant requests in texts for 4 days. In order to put you off, or to push you away, the host would pretend in his tricky conduct to mislead that a repairing was about to come, or to made you keeping repeating yourself for issues. Additionally and most obviously to define an indecent host as, after our trip was finished and we had requested a partial refund, this host then straightly just ignored us.
