Everything you need for good good holiday was there, including dishwasher and washing machine, clean and functional .. very convenient for travel from Pisa, train and bus stations are just few minutes walk, walking distance to centre of town.

Everything was good

The appartment is easy to reach from the central train station , only 7 minutes walking, also the same from the city center. It was comfy enough spacious to stay for 7 people and clean. The owner Roberto was very obliging, we arranged everything in advance exchanging messages , we could enter immediately upon our arrival and as well leave our luggage in the appartment to pick them up before leaving to the airport. The caffe across the street has a delicious coffee and pastry should try it!

The sewage smell from the bathroom - but it has nothing to do with the appartament itself since it is the problem in the old city center. I recommend to get one better cutting knife we had some home made sausages to be cut :)

Property is Value for the money, great location to everything. 8 minutes to the train station where you get a shuttle service to the airport in under 10 minutes. Staff welcome us was friendly and welcoming.

Nothing

Well, we loved EVERYTHING, really. 1. Very efficient and friendly contact with the owners, both personally and over WhatsApp. 2. The location - pretty close to the railway station and a short walk from the river and the Leaning Tower. Moreover, merely 20 metres or so from a tiny pizzeria where we dined enthusiastically a few times. 3. It is a big flat, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room (with a big smart TV) and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the coverlets a dream! The noise of the trains departing nearby is not really too disturbing. 4. It's all very clean and functional. 5. We would come back in a heartbeat, grazie mille for everything!❤️

There is some sewage smell coming from the bigger bathroom. It seems a broader issue in some areas of Pisa, so I guess there is nothing that can be done about it.

It is very spacious, clean and comfy apartment with complete set of kitchen stuff and other facilities. The owner is very friendly and nice. When the owner knows it was my first time visiting Pisa, he was very kind to send me warm and very useful tips for me so that I could a very nice sightseeing during my short stay! The owner was always highly responsive to my needs even after the stay for the invoice. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I will visit Pisa again.

It was a good location, easy access to all amenities, five mins from bus station and ten mins to the trains. Roberto was a lovely, friendly host, he went out of his way to help. And always answered any questions fast. 😀

Whilst the apartment was very clean, it does need a little maintenance, the showers would be so much nicer with doors on the cubicles instead of the curtains, and, the sitting room was very uncomfortable if you wanted to sit in it. Not cosy or inviting.

There was plenty of space and it was walking distance to the train station and shuttle tram to the airport.

The train noise behind the house can be quite loud. The street noise in the front can also be quite loud.

It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also fully air conditioned and the beds were very comfortable. The host Roberto and his family were very attentive without being overbearing and had great recommendations.

There were no issues.

Having two complete bathrooms is fantastic when traveling with friends! The little pizza place next-door is sweet and yummy and the pastry shop you can see from the apartment door across from the little park is really good.

The living room is perfectly fine and it's nice that there is an additional pullout bed that could be used as a fourth bedroom. But particularly on rainy days it would be nice to have a common area to hang out in. So even a minor upgrade of one or two comfortable chairs would really help.
