Muy limpio y comodo

El agua no estaba caliente

El apartamento es muy cómodo, limpio, la ubicación es excelente; la host es atenta y súper querida aunque toca pedirle siempre las instrucciones no las da antes de que uno las pida.

El apartamento en el que nos hospedamos en dos ocasiones es al lado de la calle y es casi imposible dormir de noche; los carros pasan, pitan la verdad es muy difícil dormir así. Sin embargo, en la primera estancia ella nos ayudó y nos dio otro apartamento al fondo que fue perfecto pero en esta última solo tenía ese, no se pudo dormir absolutamente nada mucho ruido, no se puede descansar.

Instalaciones muy cómodas tenían todo lo necesario para sentirte en casa. Todo funciona menos el tema del agua caliente cuando te bañas y dura poco tiempo. La ubicación es muy buena para lo que yo necesite. Consideren que es avenida y si hay mucho paso de tráfico si eres de sueño ligero puede ser molesto, para mí no lo fue. Cabe aclarar que fueron muy atentos en su trato y comprensivos ya que mi vuelo cambió de horario y me dieron la oportunidad de seguir guardando maletas en el departamento. Muchas gracias!

El piso es de color negro y desde el primer día me percate de lo sucio que estaba me quedaron los pies muy sucios. El otro punto es que el agua caliente solo dura un corto tiempo.

The noise, the shower that drinks everywhere, the bed was so uncomfortable, the pillow were mediocre, it was not like expected in the pictures at all. It seemed way bigger we don’t recommend

Outdated mattress, pillows, bed, etc. It was not the best experience in Mexico City. Definitely won’t book it again The owner is to cheap to give you even a small bottle of water Terrible TV cable / service If you like to hang out with bugs this is the room you need to book !

I would like to have a fan for the hot days

The instructions for the keys was very good and easy, the place was very clean and with good location

The place was very noisy, the curtains did not cover the window facing the street so we had to cover with a towel. It has 1 very big window and it is cover with 2 blinds with a space between them and is very close to the street so it´s very bad thing. I called the owner and ask for a change of room (I never saw that room in booking.com I saw another room very diferent) and he told me that room was I paid.
