New 2 Bed Penthouse @ Estepona Hills With Sea View

Balkong och uterum uppfyllde inte förväntningarna. Det regnade in och samlades mycket vatten på taket som var av tyg. Fönstren gick heller inte att öppna.

Property was lovely, modern and spacious, it gives everything you need to enjoy the holiday. Roger, the host on site was very responsive and clear.

The shower door didn’t close in the main bathroom, causing wet floors (with young children this was problematic) the balcony area is looking tired with wear and tear showing, the lock to the front door is temperamental causing us to get locked out of the main building. There is also considerable construction happening directly blocking the view from the terrace, three tower cranes, plus excavation machines and lots of noise starting pre sunrise through to sun set, directly in front of and around the property, this significantly impacted the holiday and isn’t listed on the booking (the vendor stated this is in their company page??), also heavy plant machinery driving at speed down the Main Street on the urbanisation is unsettling and dangerous with young children, again this is nowhere referenced on the booking, when challenged the vendor it is loosely referenced on their company page (it’s one short sentence that doesn’t remotely reflect the sheer size and scale of the construction)

Very clean spacious and had everything you could want pool is fab gym is amazing

Work outside our apartment building site 3 cranes overlooking our balcony , dust off the work site on balcony not able to spend any time on the balcony because work going ahead outside it new building , pools closed due to work going on around pool no mention of this on booking , walk way down from property into estapona closed due to building work so had to walk on busy road or take taxi all the time , again no mention on bookings . Says special feature pool with a view if you like Caribs diggers and men working yes it is

Had a wonderful time at this apartment.. was spotless, AC with all mod cons. 5 star experience.. close to the town. Nice 10 minute walk to town or short taxi ride. Host Roger was excellent.. very informative and always available to answer questions. So helpful. Stunning views from balcony. Complex very peaceful with good poolside bar and pool No rush for sunbeds although it was peak season. Will definitely be back. Could not recommend highly enough.
