Majestic Suite,800m to Old town&minutes to seaside

First of all – Andrea is an amazing hostess! She waited for our arrival until late at night and was genuinely concerned about us. The apartment was very spacious and nice, great for 4 adults. I have never seen an apartment so well equipped – literally everything was available there, including a fridge filled with drinks and a cabinet full of snacks! That was real Balkan hospitality. Other highlights: parking is available; very good location – just 2 minutes from the promenade, 15–20 minutes’ walk to the old town.

Only minus I can see is that it’s on quite a noisy street – a bit annoying if you’re a light sleeper, so earplugs are recommended.

Andrea and Her son where extremly nice and helpful. the apartment was well oqupied with everything needed and even more the beach is 2 minutes from apartment

Love the homely feeling when enter to the apartment. Andrea provided us with lots of snacks 😊 and cold drinks in fridge was ready and helps with the very hot summer weather. Convenient with small grocery stores very closeby.

Nothing to do with the apartment. Just the main road is very busy if you are bringing the car. But I guess it was summer season 😊.

We are so grateful to Andrea and Ivan for being perfect hosts during our stay - the apartment was easy to reach, clean, very well stocked and had everything we needed for a lovely stay in Kotor. The hosts are very responsive and generous. We loved our time in Kotor and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends. It is only a few minutes walk from the waterfront, is practically next door to a grocery store, and just a ten minute stroll to the Old Town. Don’t hesitate to book!

A little noisy of the main road but that didn’t really bother us. On first floor so you have to carry any luggage up a small flight of stairs

Excellent & very generous hosts! Easy & prompt communication, too! Great location. A very short drive or 10 mins walk to the port and old town. Recommended!

Nice and spacious apartment, two shops very close by, host was very welcoming and helpful. Handy shortcut to the waterfront as well
