The apartment in 400H was a real gem! The location right between Glenwood South and Downtown Fayetteville is absolutely perfect for exploring Raleigh and the parking is so easy with plenty of availability The amenities of the facility are great - the 9th floor with pool table and a pool deck is great for relaxing and the shared top floor on the 20th is amazing for dining or enjoying the view of Raleigh The apartment itself was clean and cozy - all you'd ever expect from a home away from home and the sunset is really something to rave about as described! Communication with hosts was so easy and effective - reply time of minutes not hours and always eager to help...and check-in/check-out with the concierge was really easy

Only minor issue was the loud trains running through a couple of times a day - you really hear them from the apartment and the balcony...but they pass by quite slowly and doesn't disturb you at night in the bedroom
