Poolside Studio w Rooftop Deck - Walk to Old Town

Location Unfortunately, did not get to use the pool due to the weather, but it looked inviting.

There was no place to put or hang cloths No wash cloths LR couch was uncomfortable

We had to move the bed to see the tv because the couch is not comfy. It's ok tho because we don't watch much tv on vacation.

The place is very tidy and clean. It's a fairly recently remodeled unit with nice appliances and fixtures. There was a lot of effort put into all the finishing touches and there were sufficient amenities.

I stayed in 28A which is the downstairs unit and I could hear the lady upstairs and her dog all the time. They were not especially noisy but you could hear every little sound like they were in your apartment with you because there's no carpeting upstairs. I tried to wear plugs the first couple of nights. After staying here I've decided I will no longer stay in Airbnb or other private units because there's no services here and if there was any problem there's no one to help you which could be an issue for older people. Unlike hotels there's no vending machines there's no maintenance people there's no possibility of getting another room if you don't like it and if something goes wrong you live with it until somebody shows up the next day or whenever. For about the same price I could stay in a hotel that has on site support services, vending machines, better facilities designed for short visit guests, with nearby restaurants. I know there is mention by other guests that they could walk to local restaurants but I don't know what they're talking about. Nothing in Phoenix is designed for walking around.... there are no sidewalks and it's a long and lonely walk to anywhere.

The location was excellent! We walked to everywhere in Old Town. We only used the car for trips outside of Scottsdale. I loved having a full kitchen and the ability to make our own coffee in the morning.

It would have been nice to have drawers to put our clothes in. We either kept our clothes in our suitcases or laid them out on the couch, the kitchen counter, or anywhere we could find.

Great location. Spacious. Clean. Nice decor. Host was very responsive.

Thin walls. Can hear neighbors even when they are talking at a reasonable volume. Street parking wasn’t ideal.

Great value for the price. Clean and spacious, very nice kitchen and bath. Awesome location close to Old Town Scottsdale.

Location, bathroom

Owner had no interest in any issue I raised. dryer was broken, holes in walls, bad patching of plaster, stated they supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash- they did not. I explained to owner that I had been travelling for weeks and specifically choose this apartment over other to do laundry, broken dryer reported, Vince could care less.
