Many stairs but no elevator so difficult to bring luggage up.

The sofa in the living room was not so confortable.

A 3 night stay in Seville. We had good contact with our host leading up to our arrival, which was by train. We were met by our host, provided the keys, and a very good explanation of city was provided. We were two mature aged friends, and our apartment was in a quiet area but had easy walkable access to the central Seville attractions. The host organised a very good flamenco show for us to attend. The apartment is a small one bedroom apartment, with small shower/toilet.

Great location. Close to everything you’ll want to go to. Cute cafe (Almazen I believe) right across the way that’s real nice. Good pizza shop down the street too.

Slight smell from sink, and bed wasn’t too comfortable (spring bed). Apartment is also located on the first floor (second floor, for Americans) and doesn’t have an elevator. Just worth noting - it didn’t bother us.

Great location, short walk to everything. The apartment was well equipped. The host provided a lot of great advice about local sights, restaurants, bars and cafes. Perfect spot for a leisurely visit to Sevilla, and very reasonable cost.

Since the apartment is in an old historic building in the historic centre, there are some aspects not all guests will enjoy. Some of the furniture is either old or uncomfortable (couch, bed, kitchen chairs), and there was a musty odour in the hall leading to the apartment and inside the apartment.

What a little gem! Convenient location, perfect size with all utilities and items needed.
