New Luxury Apartment 135sqm with Seaview Unlimited WiFi and Optical Fiber

Nice looking very clean and well furnished. Communication was good. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather. Not charged for late check in. 24 hour friendly security guard. We had lot of gap between check out and flight departure. Were offered to leave our bags with the security guard for free was a big plus.

Beach wasn’t far but didn’t realise at the time of booking that we would need to walk down stairs for about 40 steps and same upstairs to come back. Had I known that I would have avoided this property. Didn’t realise that there was €300 fully refundable security deposit for damages. I spent lot of time to check if it has been refunded to my credit card but couldn’t find any debit or credit entry and had to speak to Bank who couldn’t find credit and debit entries and suggested to check with property owner. Property owner was quick to respond and wrote that the amount was guaranteed on credit card but not taken as there was no damage. Not owners fault but I think when someone goes on holidays spending time on such things and remaining worried on return for about 10 days is not worth. It wasn’t clear at the time of booking that we would have to pay a refundable safety deposit as it was written somewhere under house conditions that I overlooked.

Beautiful, modern, and clean apartment with all necessary requirements to make it a home from home at the best location in town.

The property was amazing. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, Marina and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment had all the amenities you would require and even more. Th air conditioning worked very well in all rooms. The huge tv had Netflix, Prime and hundreds of channels in different languages. The wifi was brilliant throughout the accommodation. There was also a garage under the property which was really helpful. I have no negative comments on this property it was just outstanding in every way. Thank you for the excellent quality of accommodation and customer service you have provided. We will definitely be returning to your properties. A special thank you to Nadia for her excellent communication via WhatsApp from the day we booked till we left .

Host Nadia was very easily reachable, helped us to book airport transport to the apartment. Local host Samira was already at the property waiting for us to arrive and showed us around. I really want to give credit to the 24hr security which felt very safe and the very tall guy helped us couple of times to get a taxi on the street.

The only downside for me was the suite bedroom next to the main road which was pretty noisy.
