No Frills & Nothing Fancy 1 Bed Studio City Centre

1) The bed was uncomfy and creaked everty time we moved. 2) The shower tray was dirty and badly stained. 3) The shower mixer wasn't working my partner burned herself. 4) I sliced my finger on the edge of the cooking tongs cheap pair very sharp edges. 5) Floors felt like they havent been washed in a while either. The only good things was fast wifi and the tv.

Noisy place because has instruction works inside the building. The toilet seat is broken and moved. Shower water has leak Thank You

location (near to Central, Train and coach) and facilities (washing machine and small kitchen is the most I like)

As we stayed for 8 nights, owner should provide small vacuum cleaner and chairs will be good.

Sadly this flat is dated and in need of modernising. Location great as couldn't be any closer to town really but was neither appealing nor the bed comfy, we had to take the mattress on the floor as every time you tossed and turned the bed frame was going. Left one night before

Location, very close to centre. Messaging response speed on the app. Very cheap. Clean. Great if you just want a cheap bed and will be out the rest of the time.

On street parking with no guarantee of a space, had to park 3 streets away. The whole place was just old and knackered. Had to send my personal data to some random private email address in order to complete the booking.

Location excellent for Cardiff city centre and stadium is very close you don’t need a taxi (you can see it at the end of the street). Nice host who helped us with parking and direction as the roads near by had been closed due to the stadium event. Local places to get food and petrol station close by for late night shop. Bedding was very clean, possibly new, good wifi and tv.

The location was good and it was mostly clean

Our stay was not a pleasant experience and I would like to take this opportunity to explain why. 1. We had Building work on the Saturday of our stay in late afternoon in the next room in the house, Banging and bashing and drilling for hours on end...the walls are paper thin. 2. The toilet was loose and moved around 3. Not enough utensils, only two small teaspoons to eat with. 4. No lamp shades 5. Plug sockets not working. 6: The step down from the bathroom should have signage. 7. Shower curtain was unpleasant. 8. Building materials stacked on the landing with no carpet on the landing and top stair carpet is very loose and dangerous. 9. The outside of the property is very unwelcoming and desperate for a tidy up and a coat of paint. 10. Rubbish stacked in bin bags outside. 11. For somewhere which is obviously designed for couples to stay in a squeaky, creaky bed is a complete no no. This place only provided the minimum requirements for guests and to us was only a money making exercise. The house has been badly split in numerous apartments and the decor is really slap dash. I would never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone.
