The division of north and south

Location was great! Only there for two nights, but thoroughly enjoyed.

Wish there could have been more carts available for transporting luggage

Front view to ocean, swimming pools, access to the beach, appliances.

Parking not close to elevators, sofa, patio and some other things were kind if dirty. Safe was not working.

To whom it may concern: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condo rental we recently stayed in at Ocean Walk condos room 911A/B Unfortunately, the conditions of the property were unacceptable and far below what was promised. We were forced to leave early due to the numerous issues we encountered. Upon arrival, we were immediately disgusted by the filthy state of the condo. There were visible stains on the bedding, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The overall cleanliness was horrendous, with filth and grime in various places throughout the unit. The furniture, including seating areas, was covered in dirt and stains, and we found several broken fixtures that were either in disrepair or completely unusable. The bathrooms were in an especially appalling condition, with mold growing in multiple areas and the general filth making them unusable. The appliances, including the refrigerator and oven, were either broken or malfunctioning, further ruining our stay. Given the severe lack of cleanliness and the hazardous living conditions, we had no choice but to leave the property early. We are requesting a full refund for our stay, as the conditions were not only disappointing but also unsafe and unsanitary.

Great location, room was spacious, clean, great views. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out.

Nothing, loved this condo

The property is right on the beach and main boardwalk.

Although you could see a lot of upgrades and modernisation there were still some places that seem dated.
