Tropical Paradise, Relaxing 1BR Condo Near Magic Sands Beach

Property was nice and super easy access to water got to see some turtles right outside of Kona Bali Kai

Property was across the street but address listed takes you to the main office side and was searching for it late at night.

Nice job with remodeling an older apartment. Made it homey feeling

Didn’t realize we would have to carry our 50# luggage up 3 flights of stairs

close to the sea spacious nice cooking facilities good bathroom

too narrow balcony - hard to eat outside not enough restaurants to eat nearby i didn't like plastic plants - either have real plants or no plants. Plastic plants just collect dust

Beautiful and clean apartment, everything seemed to be prepared with a lot of care. Very good for families with kids.

Everything you could ask for. The place was fully equipped, clean and had everything you could need for a week in Kona. The host was very responsive on arrival and his binder with instructions was really clear and useful.
