Really lovely flat - bigger than we expected. Very near the beach and the decor was lovely and had all the amenities you could need. The staff were particularly helpful and lovely!!

Clean and comfortable, so close to shops, seafront and restaurants! Was able to keep in touch with hosts when we asked questions! Hosts were absolutely wonderful! Apartment was superb!!

Was a little noisy out the front at times but being in town that was expected! Didn’t spoil our time there so not an issue at all!!

The flat is, as described, three minutes from the beach (which is beautiful and sandy) and right in the heart of the town. Walton is a small town with a traditional seaside vibe. It has a lovely community pub selling good food and ales two minutes away. (The Victory). We also enjoyed a Thai restaurant close by. The flat itself is very attractive and well appointed. It has a good sized living/kitchen area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

I couldn't fault the property or location. The outdoor space is a very secluded paved patio. It is small and rather bare, so I would not recommend the property for anyone who wants to relax in a private outdoor space. That said, the beach is the main attraction and the rest of the property is superb.

Somewhat noisy if using the sofa bed in front room as backs onto high street (but the property owners provide earplugs so we didn’t find it too much of a problem!) The motion activated automatic light in the corridor is fine if you’re not using the sofa bed but if you are, it can be quite distracting if your room mate gets up in the night as no door between corridor and front room. But overall this was a great place to stay and the positives far outweigh the very minor points listed here. It was really lovely.
