The property was nice, clean, and well decorated.

Though the property was clean when we were finally able to enter, the cleaning staff was running late causing us to wait 30 minutes, beyond the 4:00 check-in time, in the hallway with our luggage. It could have been handled better by the cleaning crew and when we expressed our disappointment to management they were were quick to defend their cleaning crew. The next morning when we were preparing to leave at the 10:00 a.m. check out time the cleaning crew was waiting by the door 15-20 minutes prior to check out. It would have been nice to have been offered a later check out time (even 30 minutes to make up for the late check in) rather than seeing the cleaning crew waiting for us to leave prior to 10:00 a.m.
