Villa Tiki w/ heated Pool very quiet & green Oasis

Beautiful home! Hosts were incredible, had a small issue with air conditioner…they were on it immediately. The pool and outdoor area was amazing!

Die Unterkunft bietet eine Fülle an Möglichkeiten für unterschiedlichste Ansprüche. Sei es wie bei uns als Pärchen oder aber auch für die Familie mit Kindern. Das Haus hat zwei Zimmer ausgestattet mit einem sehr bequemen Kingsize Bett und ein Zimmer mit zwei schmalen Betten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat zudem einen sehr ordentlichen Schrank, der einen sehr ordentlichen Platz bietet. Dazu gibt es noch zwei Badezimmer und einen Schrank im Eingang mit reichlich Kleinigkeiten für den Strand. Darunter für die Kinder zum buddeln aber auch eine Kühlbox für alle. Die Zimmer sind ganz im Stil des Hauses gehalten und bieten viele kleine Dinge, wie zum Beispiel die passenden Muscheln. Dazu findet man viele Spiele und Möglichkeiten für den Pool wie Poolnudeln und aufblasbare Schwimmringe. Dazu gibt es jede Menge Handtücher für den Pool, Strand und die Badezimmer. Die Küche ist schön ausgestattet und auch hier finden sich wichtige Dinge für den gemeinsamen Kochabend. Der Laundry-Raum ist voll ausgestattet. Für das schlechte Wetter steht im Wohnzimmer ein bequemes Sofa mit einem riesigen Fernseher. Parken kann man in der Einfahrt vor der Garage. Dazu sind die Hauseigentümer äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Prozess zum Einzug, sowie etwaige Fragen während der Miete werden immer äußerst schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Der Pool ist während der Winterzeit beheizt und wird automatisch gesteuert. Man muss sich also auch hier um nichts bemühen. Was wir besonders gut gefunden haben, waren die beschrifteten Lichtschalter. Gerade in so einem gemieteten Haus ist dies eine wirkliche Entlastung. Kein Suchen und probieren mehr. Für die deutsche Familie, die hier mit ihren Kindern hier urlaubt macht, gibt es auch deutsche Spiele in der Sammlung im Haus. Natürlich zusätzlich zu den englischen Spielen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sehr sicher.

La meilleure maison visitée lors de notre séjour ! Tout était PARFAIT ! Nous reviendrons dans cette maison dès que possible ! Échanges, accueil, propreté, situation géographique, confort, la vue, les équipements… bref tout était nickel. Un vrai coin de paradis Mille mercis pour ce séjour !

We have visited over 50 places past 10 years and this one is TOP1. The property is absolutely amazing and luxurious. We had so much fun in the villa! The neighborhood is lovely and quite, property super clean and well equipped. Hosts responded to our needs promptly.Top-notch experience!

Property is beautiful.

Property was great but the owner was horrible. I rented this property just to spend the night. I checked in at 3:00 pm on Saturday and went to my family’s house, they were having a party. We came back at 1:00 am so basically this was just to sleep. He called me at around 1:47 am because my older daughter, her boyfriend and my husband wanted to get on the pool at that time and they were trying to turn on the heater on the pool. I mean I know is not the best time to do this, but hello we were not at his house just to sit and not breathe. We were not being loud or anything. We didn’t want to bother the neighbors. I think is very unprofessional to call someone at that time. Then he complaint about the reservation being for 2 people and he saw more cars on the driveway. When I did the reservation I didn’t pay attention to the amount of people, I was doing this on a hurry and if I rented a house with 3 rooms I think it’s ok to bring my family along with me. I’m sure he’s brand new in this business but needs to let it be or just don’t rent your house. We never left a mess or anything. The house was left in great conditions. I was supposed to check out before 12:00 pm Sunday, this guy was texting me at 9:00 am to let him know when we were checking out so he could go and check the property. What is this? Are you serious? I know when I have to leave. I woke everyone up and before 11 we were out of his property. If you want someone to be watching you the whole time then go for this location.
