Rather central location for a good price. Good neighborhood bars for the evening.

Compared to the images, everything is a bit worn down. Furthermore, there was a baby bed without extra cost, but no bedding for it. Also bedding was prepared for 2 instead for, but we found extra supplies of sheets, linen and towels in the drawers. Besides, kitchen equipment would allow only for spartanic cooking (or better only heating something up) - but there are many good food venous around, if one is willing to spend the money. Last, the open stairs in the apartment are very steep and unsuitable for toddlers. To be fair, we did not really pay attention to that in advance, because it is depicted.

"Terrible impression!!!"

Good location.

I do not recommend these apartments to anyone!!! The photos do not match reality. In the photos, the apartment looks great, but in reality, the renovation is old, and everything looks very terrible. 1) The windows, in the photos, do not have any film on them, but when we arrived at the apartment, the windows had a gray non-transparent matte film stuck on them from the bottom almost to the very top. You can't see anything outside. It feels like you're in some kind of warehouse. 2) The floor in the apartment is terrible, scratched, with some black streaks. This is also not visible in the photos! 3) The sofa in the living room is all stained, giving the impression that someone walked on it with their feet. We didn't sit on it even once during our two-day stay because of this. 4) The kitchen is in a horrible state, the kettle, stove, and hood are all greasy. We had to wash the kettle just to boil some water. 5) The bedding was crumpled and smelled bad, giving the impression that someone had already slept on it. In the apartment, there were champagne corks lying around, and a sauce packet was lying on the chandelier under the ceiling. This again indicates that there is no cleaning happening in this apartment. I don't understand why it has such a high rating and why there are so many positive comments. And after all this, the owner even dares to say that there will be a fine if you don't take out the trash and remove the bedding yourself. Now I would like to say personally to the owner of this apartment. Dude, you have no conscience, renting out such an apartment by deceiving people with photos!!! You should be ashamed.

"Very spacious and a great location!"

The place was very clean and it had all the amenities we needed. It was also very spacious and warm. The location was great and I would highly recommend the place to anyone wanting to visit Oslo. The location was excellent and easy to get to from the train station.

There was no TV in the room.

"Good location - disgusting inside"

Great location! Good price as purchased on promotion. Spacious and can easily fit 4 people.

When we arrived into the property, we were greeted with a disgusting smell of faeces, dirty socks left on the floor along with tomato ketchup wrappers. The oven was layered with rust and grime, the fridge was simply unusable due to the filth left inside and the kettle simply needed binning and replacing ASAP. In addition to this we were sent a message containing cleaning expectations to complete before our check out, despite the disgrace we arrived too, and a cleaning fee being included in the bill. I am unsure if the language barrier made the communication we had come across abrupt or whether the owner is just plain rude. I also asked if we could do a later check out due to our flight being in the evening, which I was willing to pay for as no one had booked the apartment, in which they responded that this option was unavailable due to the cleaners only working for a few hours on a Sunday- sorry but what cleaners??🤣

Location, full equipped. There was a problem with the cleaning when i arrived and they took care of it immediately.

One day before check out i received this message. There is a cleaning fee included when you book the place. Booking themselves confirm that they can NOT charge for any of this since it’s not in the add before you book and you pay a cleaning fee and I AM NOT your cleaning personnel. I hope everything goes well in the apartment! I just want to remind you about the check out routines. Check out is latest at Thursday 12 October 2023, 11:00 - If the tenancy is between September and May, all ovens in each room that have the option of manually setting the temperature must be set to 17 degrees - Close all the windows - Throw all food you brought, no exceptions - Remove used bedding and sheets and place them together on the bathroom floor together with all used towels - Clean all rooms so they are as they were when you checked in. No need to vacuum or wash - All kitchen equipment that has been used must be washed up before you leave. Turn the dishwasher on with a express program. - Throw away the rubbish in the paper bin in the bathroom and kitchen and put it in a new bag. When you go out of the building in the street, there is a door straight left. Use the chip to open this door and throw the rubbish here. - Return the key to the same location. It is important that you use the touch screen to deliver - If anything is broken, send us a message with a photo and description If the check-out routines are not carried out, NOK 1,000 (100 euros) extra will be invoiced. If the key is lost, an extra NOK 5,000 (500 euros) will be invoiced. If you have any questions, please let us know! :)
