Mayfield Lodge, Paxford, Chipping Campden GL55 6XU

It was beautifully furnished with quirky decor. A thoughtful basket of goodies including some local biscuits was provided. Sky tv was available. The towels were really soft and large. Plenty of storage space and hangers.

The stairs were quite narrow and steep.

Accomodation and decor were stunning, the location was very practical and easy to get to all the areas in the Cottsworlds. Andy was very helpful with local information. Easy access..couldn't fault. Was a lovely three day stay.

The property itself was fantastic. Beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, with high quality furnishings and thoughtful touches. Great, peaceful location close to chipping Camden and surrounding Cotswolds. The hosts were amazing too, communicative, helpful and friendly… definitely recommend and will be back next time visiting the area.

Nothing to dislike

Very personable experience, the hosts have clearly made it a home of from for guests from the comfy bed, plush fluffy feather down duvet and pillows. It was the little things, like providing milk and a few food items on arrival, and even make up wash cloths & personal hygiene items in the bathroom. I was travelling for work, but have said to my husband it would be the perfect stay for us as a couple to explore the area. Accessing the property was easy with key entry, which really helped as I had been working and travelling all day and communication was provided throughout by the hosts.

Central to where we intended to go and such a lovely accommodation to stay in. Beautifully put together and perfect for a couple looking to explore the Cotswolds.

The Lodge was perfect for us. Great location for exploring the Cotswolds. Facilities and decor of the Lodge were lovely.
