"Surprisingly quiet and comfortable location"

Suited our needs perfectly for a short city break (attended concert at Villa Park) Great communication from hosts Clean, well presented, functional property Surprisingly quiet area.

Nothing to moan about at all, really (apart from Birmingham traffic!). Everything was as advertised and we were able to park 2 cars really close by.
