The property was comfortable, spacious, and convenient.

I wish the back parking area was paved or at least had gravel because it is a mess when it rains. Although there is an option to park on the street, loading and unloading groceries and luggage is more convenient from the back lot.

It was very clean and confortable.

I feel like I could only drive to places or uber, but not to walk.

the size of the apartment was nice.

The tv in the room did not work, it was required to take the trash out or i would not get my refund back. People that come clean behind clinets should take the trash out and not the clients.

The location was convenient to visit my daughter or other areas of Richmond. The apartment was very clean.

I would not arrive late at night. The bed and couch were very firm. Bring your own shampoo.

We loved our stay, convenient location, and it was easy to drive anywhere in Richmond. The place was super clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay!

The location was excellent, and the room we were initially booked for was wonderful (we had made a previous booking here a few days prior, we made two bookings because we had a gap in the middle where we would be travelling outside of Richmond).

The host was extremely rude to us when we confronted them about our room being moved to a different room because of them overbooking us. We were three women with heavy bags and specifically booked a room on the ground floor for that reason. The host was unresponsive at first, then when they finally responded to us, was unnecessarily hostile. We tried to find a compromise and make do with the rooms we got, but when following up with them to make good on their end (some listed amenities were missing, and they didn’t follow up on the room reassignments in a timely manner), the host became increasingly belligerent. They then accused of us of being abusive, when all we wanted was what we were promise. We were firm, and eventually frustrated, but we never resorted to any form of abuse. We can’t say the same of the host, who proceeded to make xenophobic remarks about how our behavior is “not [tolerated] in this country”, and how our behavior may be “perhaps it’s the way where you reside”. We have more screenshots of the conversation with the host, and am perfectly happy to share it in its entirety so any party can come to their own conclusion on who is acting out of line. Regardless of the frustration somebody might be feeling, such intolerant remarks and blatant xenophobia is completely unacceptable. Anywhere.

The location was in somewhat decent. It was in a populated community but there were no disturbances. The Property Owner made a mistake and advised us as soon as possible and gave me a refund for trying to check in early. 10/10 would come back again!

Everything was perfect! I didn't have any problems!
