Flat was easy to access, instructions by the hosts were on point and easy to follow, flat was clean, modern and a very good use of the space. Location was quite favorable and close to city centre. If you need to work or study at De Montfort or at eh Roayl Infirmary, it is a stone throw distance. Also veyr close to the Rubgy Stadium and also Football Stadium. Walking distance to University of Leicester, less than 20 minutes. Would definetely recommend. The only condition I would not recommend if you are looking for a long stay with more than 1 person.
