Spectacular 2 bed, 2 bath in Edinburgh City Centre

I would stay here again . Comfortable , clean and had everything we needed . Good location .

L'appartement est en basement, ce qui n'a jamais été indiqué au préalable. Un couloir dessert les pièces, on mange donc dans le couloir car la table s'y trouve Le confort des lits n'est pas optimal / la salle de bain dans la chambre parentale est vraiment petite et rien pour poser les affaires La machine à laver le linge ne marchait pas alors que j'en avais besoin J'ai essayé de joindre le propriétaire pour faire état du problème de la machine à laver et pour dire qu'il y avait du verre dans la moquette de la chambre double (mon fils s'est coupé). Je n'ai eu aucune réponse. Je ne suis donc pas satisfaite de cette location que je trouve très cher pour les prestations.

the property was in a good location. It has a separate entrance on the side. Once you open the door, you have to walk down a flight of stairs (within the unit) It is like a basement unit. Its about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station or you can hop on the tram which is about a 5 minute walk from the property. all the shopping areas along princess street are just a short walk away and there was also a Christmas Market (Winter Wonderland) at the Princess Street Garden near the train station. this property provided some basic cooking essentials like oil, salt and pepper. there was also coffee and tea and some cookies as a welcome treat. the bathrooms are equipped with shower gel and shampoo and towels. Good set of cooking utensils were also available if you intend to cook. they also had a small fridge. The owner was really nice, when I informed him that the dryer was not drying the clothes completely. He came and checked on the washer/dryer.

they had a two in one washer dryer which did not dry the clothes too well but they did have a drying rack so we could dry our clothes out after it came out of the dryer. Once you open up the sofa bed, the living area becomes a bit cramped. the sofa bed is suitable for 1 person. Might be a bit tight for 2.

A beautifully renovated end of terrace, basement apartment in the Westend, which was literally 2 minutes from Princes Street. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely everything, it was spacious and well presented, had everything you would need. Ideally located.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

The property was probably one of the nicest I have stayed in. It appeared clean and was well appointment and comfortable and in an excellent location.

We experienced an incident on the last evening and the response from the letting agent was disappointing to say the least.

Smart and spacious. For us a perfect location, less than a minutes walk to the tram stop. Lots of great bars and restaurants close by, but you wouldn’t know as the apartment was so peaceful. Two minutes on the tram, which was so convenient, into the heart of the city, 16 minutes to Leith. Would absolutely stay here again.
