this is not the first time I have stayed at Vivacity. I like the location. Shopping mall just underneath. Very central location to any destination via grab. Communication with host is great.

There is no tea tower in the kitchen, unable to do some simple cleaning. No hand towel in the bathroom, we have to dry our hands with bath towel. Bath tower quality can be improved, doesn't feel it absorbing water very well. The bed sheet should be replaced, it simply too old and felt very thin. Like been used over 10 years. Blanket and pillow in the same condition as well. We notice there are black ants everywhere, not huge amount, but you definitely noticed them around basin, kitchen and bin areas. My previous stay at Jazz 3 felt much better. Washing machine work good, unfortunately seem like the downpipe might have a bit of blockage, water can't go down quick enough and overflow on the floor. Unfortunately I can't provide more details how this happen to the host as I normally turn on the washing machine before we go out. Host might need to consider to replace the mattress in the property to provide more comfort to other guests.

Very cozy & spacious..easy access to the mall..the nite view from the balcony was really nice..

The bathroom sometimes a bit odour but overall this place was really good..

Owner is very helpful,,making our check in check out very smooth. Homestay is spacious.

1. Only the cushion cover n sofa i didnt like bcos of unpleasant smell such as it is never been wash. 2. Bathroom near living room has bad odor, maybe it is coming from the upstair neighbour.

Downstair is the shopping mall .

Toilet need to do improvement
