Hotel "Tbilisi Tales" in the heart of the Old City

Really friendly family-run hotel. The owner was super helpful to me when I got stranded in Tbilisi during the recent conflict. The location was fabulous for exploring Tbilisi. Everything was within walking distance.

daily cleaning would have been good but overall we had a marvelous stay and the hotel and staff were wonderful. Thank you!

Bit noisy because of wooden stairs and bathroom facilities of surrounding rooms.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! The location is good — about a 15-minute walk to the heart of the city. The most beautiful dogs are there to welcome you :)

From the very first moment I met the host, Sandro, I knew I would be in good hands throughout my stay. He contacted me via WhatsApp before my arrival and provided all the necessary instructions. He was without a doubt the best host I have experienced in all my years of traveling. Even if I wanted to, I couldn’t say a single negative thing about him. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, renting an e-scooter, ordering food, and many other things. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic—perfectly clean rooms with a beautiful scent. I even told my girlfriend that we need to buy this fragrance for our home. I truly felt even better than at home. There are also three very friendly dogs at the hotel that you can pet, and they instantly improve your mood. They are very well-behaved. The breakfasts are excellent as well. The hotel is in a great location, just a few steps from the city center. I honestly can’t complain about anything, and if I ever return to Tbilisi, Sandro and his hotel will be my clear choice.
