Einrichtung, Größe und Lage entsprachen voll meinen Erwartungen. Positiv war auch, dass ein späterer Check-out nach 12:00 Uhr gegen eine faire Gebühr möglich war.

Ich habe das Zimmer sehr kurzfristig gebucht und die Schlüsselübergabe im Vorfeld nicht genau abgeklärt. Daher hatte ich keine Anweisungen vom Vermieter und das Sicherheitspersonal war nicht informiert. Nach drei Stunden Warten in einem Café in der Nähe erhielt ich die nötigen Informationen, und nach einer weiteren Stunde war das Zimmer auch bezugsbereit. Ich vermute, dass die kurzfristige Buchung hier einfach der Grund war.

"Value for money near Mall of Asia and airport."

Clean, basic, value for money accommodation near Mall of Asia. Host is responsive and helpful. Room is clean with all your basic needs (except flat iron or steamer). MOA is a drive away but not recommended to reach it by walking.

Like any other Shore units I stayed, small roaches can be seen. Spotty wifi and 5g around the vicinity. No comforter provided. For guests from abroad, thin sheet is not enough.

Nice location. The room was very clean. The owner was so friendly. Everything that we needed was provided. The room was cold too
